On May 1st, 2008, Vishal Aswani officially took office as the next Student Association President of the George Washington University. A double major in both physics and engineering, Vishal has been no stranger to hard work and a hectic schedule throughout his years at the University. He has assumed many leadership positions in college, including Station Director of WRGW and Student Association Senator, but, will the rigors of his new position be more than he expected?
We sat down with Vishal during a rare break in his schedule to talk to him about his first week at the helm of the SA Presidency.
